About Cadaran Stud
Cadaran Stud is situated in the heart of the beautiful rolling hills of Leicestershire between the market towns of Oakham and Melton Mowbray. We are a small homely stud breeding Welsh and part-bred Welsh cobs and ponies. Recently we have diversified our breeding programme to produce Sport Horses using excellent quality, graded thoroughbred mares and carefully selected sport stallions. Our aim is to produce top quality foals with excellent temperaments. Our foals are carefully handled daily, and by giving them the very best nutritional start in life they mature into well balanced and useful individuals. We are very fortunate to have Chine House Veterinary Group, who have a superb team of equine vets based in Sileby, Leicestershire, to help us whenever the occasion occurs. Their compassion to us, like our gratitude to them, is constant.
