January 4th: Matt Frewer (1958) & David Foley (1963) Matt Frewer Born: January 4, 1958 in Washington, District of Columbia, USA (Raised in Victoria, British Columbia, later moved to Peterborough, Ontario at the age of 15, then to the Gatineau Hills of Quebec). He was the associate producer of the television series, "Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal" of which he also starred. Film: In the early 1980s, he began working in the film industry. Television: Best known as that late '80s cyber-icon, Max Headroom, from the show of the same name. He also played Max's human alter-ego, journalist Edison Carter.
