WHO & WHAT IS ROBBIE "B"
London born I have been in the Biz since the late 70's Firstly as a DJ, and then after Compering at several talent shows I took up singing and presenting.
In the mid 80's I joined the "in crowd" by adding Karaoke to my reportoire, and ten years later in 1995 I formed my own "home based" booking agency, supplying other great acts that I had worked with, for Clubs, Pubs, Private, and Corporate events.
Throughout this period I have gigged across the South of England, as well as Mallorca, Cyprus, Southern Turkey, Malta, and Mainland Spain, and like nothing more than a large audience (the bigger the better). Today I continue to gig for clients, old, and new, wherever, and whenever. and in the last four years I have been suppling The Robbie "B" Cabaroke and Rocking Good Christmas Shows, for corporate events at venues in Central London, including Thistle Hotels, and The New Connault Rooms, for clients Christmas parties. Early in 2006 the shows created so much interest, that I had to recruit extra Singer/Presenters to cover all of the work, and it looks like 2008 is no exception.
1st Jul 07 I have just returned from a sucessful tour of, Bodrum, Gumbet, and Kusadasi in Turkey, and fully intend to return either later in the season or next season. Made plently of new friends and totally enjoyed every minute of the trip.
21st Sept. 07 Just returned from Alcudia Mallorca covering for Sapphire Entertainment had a great time, staff and guests were brilliant. My thanks to David the Spanish Manager, Maria invaluable receptionist and all the great staff for a great stay.
21st June 08 Thanks to all the Staff, Management, and guests at Diamond Resorts Cromer Country Club where I have just spent three great weeks covering for Resident Entertainers. I hope to return at some point in the near future.
