Summary:
This was made for those of us who would rather use modified Bloom settings then HDR. This is a set of new sky textures that are much more suitable for use with high bloom then the vanilla textures which become incredibly bright and almost completely white.

My Bloom settings (Found in the Oblivion.ini located in "My Games/Oblivion"
