Hello and welcome to the website of Bury Parish Church. We hope you find your visit both enjoyable and informative, and would welcome your comments.
The church is the only Grade I listed building in the town and is open to visitors throughout the week (please see 'visit the church' for further details).
Within the church, you will find 'The House on the Rock'; our Christian book and coffeeshop, which opened in January 2009.

The Swing Commanders return to Bury Parish Church (Blackburne Hall) - Tickets, priced £10.00, can be purchased from the House on the Rock from Saturday 6th June 2009. Saturday 19 September 2009 - Parish Pilgrimage to Shrewsbury. Please vist news and updates for further information; including arrangements for people wishing to join the pilgrimage.
Sunday 8 November 2009 at 6.30pm - Annual Confirmation Service. Classes will commence in September. Adults or children wishing to be confirmed should speak to the Rector, in person or by telephone on: 0161 764 2452.

16.07.09 - Holy Communion at 12.45pm.
17.07.09 - Lunchtime concert in church at 12.30pm. Gemma Beeson (piano). Admission £4.00. Light lunch served in the Blackburne Hall from 11.30am.
