SUMMER TOUR SCHEDULE

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Text Box:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Each Saturday in July and August, rain or shine, Mistress Elizabeth offers tours of colonial sites in Harvard Square, Cambridge. The 2010 season's tours have ended, but Mistress Elizabeth is always happy to meet individuals and groups by appointment for tours or research at any site convenient to both.

Prognostications and practicalities being as they be, any Saturday's plan may be somewhat altered. Thus, if at 9:30 AM it continues to rain: a) The Children’s Activities at half-after eleven will NOT take place, the ground being wet and the ink likely to run in the mizzle. And wet wool doth not spin. b) The Church History Tour at one a-clock will take place so long as the rain be just a drop. If need be, we will resort to an interior place and continue the discussion as a lecture for any and all interested. c) Likewise, the discussion of the Old Burying Ground generally held at 3 of the clock except in a flooding rain; howsomeever, there being no interior place open after that hour, if heavier winds or rain ensue, we must needs disband. While under most circumstances the last Saturday of August would by rights be the last series of such discussions of the summer, if interest is shown (you may call upon me by any convenient manner given below) and the weather does well, additional activities and discussions may take place upon the next Saturday as well. If gales arise, all is cancelled.
