About Burnt Offerings:

This dream is a supernatural universe, and takes place in present day New Orleans. It is a long-term guild style community for original characters, with turn based para RP. 

BASIS: Supernaturals have been 'outed' to the public, and live as legalized citizens moderated by law. Supernatural discrimination is illegal, but occurs often in most areas. Supernatural crime is handled by an RPIT detachment in every large city. Breaking supernatural law leaves one a target of the government sanctioned executioners.Any supernatural must be granted permission to stay by the Master of the City, before making any place their home.

NEW ORLEANS: Has been rebuilt after the devastating hurricane Katrina, and the city is swinging once again. The French Quarter hosts a myriad of events, from jazz festivals for the classic hearted, and Mardis Gras for the adventurous. The city is famous for voodoo, gumbo, and its long history of supernatural activity,particularly the unique haven it has become. Due to this, New Orleans is the third largest supernatural population in North America, following St. Louis and New York. 

BURNT OFFERINGS: Is the hottest club in the Big Easy. It is located on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter. The establishment caters to the supernatural, but is also a human friendly environment. The night club is owned by the famed Master of the City, Presea de Keltoi, and boasts a full diverse menu created by celebrated chef Selena Aguilar, and devious mixtress, Terissa Dewdrop. Drop by and expect to be entertained by the latest hot jazz band, or special preformances by a talented  entertainment staff.
