Most common, Various Road Signs used from 1958 to 1982 (1996).

Many of the bc's would continue to use a sign untill it replacement, it would depend on when the store was built.  Most went from the kite sign to the latest "Chef's" hat sign.

Inside the Bedford IN bc, just after it grand opening about 1969.   Hamburgers were 23 cents.

Norfolk, VA late 1960's.  It was one of the "Downtowner" locations.  This was a walk-up style, were as most downtowners were cafeteria style.
