Pre-Dental Association

The Pre-Dental Association is the official SA-Chartered organization at Binghamton University aimed toward educating students about careers in dentistry and helping them to achieve their goals in their pre-professional endeavors through various educational and informative activities. We hope to do this by working with pre-health students interested in dentistry and participating in group activities such as fundraising, community service events and group discussions geared towards dentistry.

Our group meets on a regular basis and provides activities such as:
  • Guest Speakers : Local general dentists and specialists, Kaplan advisers, dental students,  and more.

  • Group discussions about applying to dental school including prerequisite courses, dental shadowing, credentialing, the Dental Admission Test, and the AADSAS online application

  • Community service opportunities including Children's Dental Health Month, Relay for Life and other Volunteer Events

  • Academic Support and Study Groups

For new members, go to the "Listserv" link on the top of your screen to subscribe to our regular mailing listserv.
