About The Artist
Hi, my name is Ashley, and I am the artist behind these babies. I am 19 years old, and a college Freshman. I have always loved working on arts and crafts, so when I found the art of reborning almost 5 years ago, I was hooked. I just love to make each baby as realistic as possible, and seeing the personalities they take one. My mom and I started making dolls in 2003 as a hobby. My mom has since gone back to work full time, so I am currently the artist at Bumble Bee Nursery. I take great pride in each baby I reborn, and strive to make each one as realistic and unique as possible.
Bumble Bee Nursery started in November 2003. We had first heard about reborn babies from our friend who had one. We just couldn't believe how real the baby looked!! After a while we decided to try our hand at reborning. Our first dolls were 18 inch twins. We have now reborn many dolls, from play dolls, to collectors dolls. With each baby, we learn new techniques and ways of creating the most lifelike baby possible. We created a website in early 2004 so you can easily see our past work and current reborns. Shipping
Shipping usually costs $20-$25 per doll, depending on the size and weight.
Shipping costs include insurance to ensure your babies safe arrival.
