Prayer Is Life

Luke 12:7

But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

Isn't it marvelous to know that we are more important to God than anything on this planet He has created? 

Psalms 16:11

You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.

Can you imagine God showing you the path to your life?  Prayer opens up His will to your life.  And can you imagine having pleasures forevermore?  Make God your life planner, and experience the joy!

Matthew:6:6-13

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

How does it feel to know that the Lord listens to your prayers?  And He answers them.  It's an awesome thing to consider.  Meditate on that!

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen

Jesus is with us ALWAYS.  Does that mean part time?  No.  Does that mean when you feel like Him being around?  No. Always means forever.  Forever is an eternity.  Upon your waking moment, until you retire for the evening, Jesus is with you ALWAYS.  Remember that when you are feeling alone and feeling noone cares.  You are NEVER alone.

Do Not Be Yoked With Unbelievers

 14Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people." 
 17"Therefore come out from them
      and be separate, says the Lord.
   Touch no unclean thing,
      and I will receive you." 
 18"I will be a Father to you,
      and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."

Dear friends, it is so easy to be led astray.  This world is ruled by the Father of Lies, and everywhere you go, and everything you see is a witness to that fact.  Let it be this day that you choose either the left or the right.  Let it be this day that you stand your ground and show this world that you will not be swayed.   It might be unpopular, or uncool in the eyes of this world, but it is beautiful in His sight.  Always remember to love and to pray for those who do not know the love of Jesus Christ.
