Prayer
Prayer is a powerful tool to help you through this life. Asking God for guidance, protection, forgiveness, needs, anything you have on your heart, is a step towards receiving. God knows your heart. He knows your struggles and your pain. He is always there for you. He will always listen. When you begin to develop your prayer life you will discover that you will be ever closer to Our Savior. Make it your goal each day to get on your knees in prayer. In the morning when you wake up, begin your day with a prayer. While you are busy during the day, take a few moments to thank Him for helping you throughout your day. If something gets difficult, tell Him, He will cause difficulty to become simplicity. God loves you. Remember that.
This site is devoted and committed to nurturing the prayer life of all Christians it touches. Whether you are a lifetime member of a recognized denominational Church, a "born again" believer - or an uncertain soul searching for significance - this site has something to offer you. On the following pages you will find poetry, devotions and information about prayer - but more important - you will find people - people who will come along side you - pray with and pray for you. To cause prayer to be something people can't wait to do, to put aside a few moments each day to commune with their Creator. To cause in people the passion to walk closer with God, have a more intimate relationship with him, and to abide in His perfect Will.
Ephesians 6:18- And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
Mission
Prays2Praise is dedicated to perfecting the prayer life of each individual.
Psalms 6:9-The Lord hath heard my supplication, the Lord will receive my prayer.
Purpose
Prays2Praise' aspiration is to show the importance of prayer and how it can draw us closer to our Heavenly Father, to make us all aware that we are not alone, that God loves us, is interested in us, and wants to bless us in all aspects of our lives.
Core Values
Prays2Praise ascribes to Acts 6:4, which states: But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the Word.
Goals
We hope by God's grace to be able to plant the desire to pray in all of His children.
We know the truthfulness of Luke 11:9-10-Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives, he who seeks, finds; and to him that knocks, the door will be opened.
