For Over 300 years, the universe has been in peace. The main and most Powerful Races in the Universe are, the mighty and powerful Saiyans, the Peaceful yet now deadly Namekians, the deadly and sometimes even cold hearted Changelings, and even the quiet Human's of Earth from time to time have released a powerful warrior or two.
On New Namek, the Guardian has predicted thatr another storm that killed all of the planet before 500 years ago is coming again. The possibility of survival is 45%, which is highly better then last time. Atleast now the peaceful Race have fighters to fight back the storm. Their plans are to use the Dragonballs to restore everyone back, however, if the storm kills he Guardian, then they might aswell kiss their Race goodbye.
On Earth, same old same old has happened. Street violence, mid-night clubs, farm life, rich supplies of water, the casual Earth style of living. However, few humans have been training just incase evil would striek again. But, just as before, many people are unaware of other beings in the universe. Sure, Capsule Corp have setted up a few stations on Marz, however very few of them know about the unknown wonders.
On New Vegeta, the Saiyans remain to have the most powerful Army ever, as they send their warriors countless times across the universe to save other planets instead of destorying them. However, because of the passing of the previous King and the rise of a New one, few thing's he has doen has rumored to start a Rebellion.Few Saiyans plan to attack the City of Might and destroy it. But, that is only what Rumors say.
With these few and minor uprisings within the Universe, there's no telling what would happen.
