Welcome to Buckhouse Stud. My name is Sherrie i live in Chingford East London and I have been breeding rabbits for many years, particularly the Lionhead. In 2006 I decided to join the BRC to further my hobby and love of this breed, and little did I know then that I would meet and fall in love with a new breed........the Lion Lop.
My first year as a BRC member has been wonderful, opening doors to many well respected fanciers that also share the love of these breeds. I acquired my first Lion Lop in 2006, and bred her to a friends buck. The result of this mating was a beautiful blue Lion Lop doe that is within my stud now, producing me some wonderful stock. This has been the starting point of a project that I am currently working on ....the blue Lion Lop. This project is well under way and I hope to be bringing out some showable blue Lion Lops later this year. I will also be working with other colours within the Lion Lops.
