Black Templar armies arent particularly good at shooting, just the same as as any other space marine chapter. That is why it is good to specialise your army for close combat. As you will need to get there ASAP a couple of rhinos are very useful for transporting tactical squads or command squads(non-terminator armoured models.)Bikes are also useful especially when you have a chaplain on a bike with them,when the rest of the army are attcking (the ones on foot) are attacking down the middle the bikes and rhinos can creep round the side and flank them.Depending on the situation you should chose either the Accept any Challange No Matter What The Odds since this makes it easy to hit or Suffer Not The Unclean To Live which makes it easier to wound but -1 to your initiative.
