10th Annual Fall Fashion Show

Dear Choreographers, models, friends and family:
It is a tradition for fashion show participants, friends and family to leave messages to encourage
each other through the use of personal advertising in our program booklet. If
you would like to leave a personal advertisement, please use the back of this form to do so (a full page is the size of a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper folded in half horizontally). Keep in mind:
- We will be able to print out business cards.
- Photos will be accepted. Please include your name and phone number on ALL photos.
- Ads can also be sent to us via email at: bsofashionshow@yahoo.com
but please remember that ads will only be printed in the program
if payment is made by the deadline.
- Layout of the ads will be to our discretion unless otherwise
stated. Feel free to use the back of this form to specify your layout.
- The deadline for ads is DECEMBER 1ST AT THE LATEST!!!
There will be no exceptions.

The Bayanihan Student Organization at Marquette University is eager to help our community through its Jesuit spirit and values of faith, leadership, service and excellence. In the last nine years, our annual fall fashion show has raised over thousands of dollars in support of local charities through the coordinated efforts of students and local business in the Milwaukee area. Last year, we succeeded in raising over 4,500 dollars for a local charity. We intend to succeed that amount with our upcoming fall fashion show.
This year our 10th Annual Fall Fashion Show is entitled Vintage. The fashion show is a high-energy charity event that raises money for a charity of our choice. This year we would like to serve those from Bayanihans native country, the Philippines. We will be teaming up with Gawad Kalinga, a non-profit organization, in hopes to rebuild and restore community in Luzon. We believe it is important for us to not only use our resources to educate others about the Filipino culture but to also help preserve, maintain, and benefit the beautiful culture of the Philippines. This will be the largest fundraising event Marquette University has seen thus far and directly aids in its mission to spread diversity.
Bayanihan is determined to raise $50,000 to rebuild an entire village that will house thousands of people and name it in honor of Marquette and all those that have made this dream possible. Through the Fall Fashion Show, Vintage, Bayanihan hopes to begin that journey.

OPEN DRESS REHEARSAL: 7-9PM (MUST SCHEDULE IN A 15 MINUTE TIME SLOT) IN THE ALUMNI MEMORIAL BALLROOMS (OPTIONAL BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8TH @ 6:30PM-MIDNIGHT IN THE ALUMNI MEMORIAL BALLROOMS
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 9TH @ 8AM-NOON IN THE ALUMNI MEMORIAL BALLROOMS
SHOW: SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9TH @ 7PM IN THE ALUMNI MEMORIAL BALLROOMS. DOORS OPEN AT 6PM.
