Notice about WYSIWYG
If you plan on editing the site please do not use a WYSIWYG editor because it outputs horrible code. This includes FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Composer, etc. Try to edit the page by hand if you can. If you don't knw anything about HTML, try HTML Dog. They have a great tutorial.
