Our mission is to preserve the integrity of the duty of notary public. Not only does each of our notarized documents carry a photographically reproducible seal, but an embossed seal as well. This is an added measure of protection against fraudulent activity with the notarized product. We are happy to provide this service to each of our clients.
In addition, each of our agents has undergone a background check. We can assure you that all client information is kept in strict confidence. After services have been rendered, any remaining documents are completely destroyed, accompanied by a certificate of destruction. Your protection is our primary concern. Your business is your business, and we plan to keep it that way.
Although not required by Virginia state law, each signing agent at Brock Mobile Notary is fully insured with an Errors and Omissions (E/O) insurance policy. We stand by our work, and we strive for perfection.
