"Thank you very much again for all of your kind attention on my daughter’s problem.
Since Jin had a problem with her entry in the airport when she came back Nov. 22 2008, we have started a legal appeal against the immigration office. The hearing of the appeal was in the tribunal office Jan. 8 2009. Our solicitor officially tried to cancel the hearing and the home officer has accepted the appeal last Friday. This means that Jin can apply for her UK resident. Currently, our solicitor and barrister are preparing legal documents to adopt Jin under UK family law although we completed this in Korea under Korean family Law that UK law does not recognise. This legal procedure will be completed in the high court. I, as her father, will do all for her.
Without all of your support and help, it must have been much more difficult. I want to say thank you again.
I wish all of you have a very happy new year, good health, happiness and success in all you do in 2009.
Thank you and very Kind regards,
Choi"
