***Immensia***

"Immensia" was a major big hit when it was shown in Taiwan and Singapore. In here, Brigitte, Chin Han and Liang Siew Sheng are three good friends who all grow up together in the same village. Brigitte and Chin are childhood sweethearts, while Liang also secretly loved Brigitte, but did not have the courage to confess his love to her. Then one day, Chin had to leave the village to go to town for further studies. He promised Brigitte that he would visit her on every vacation. When Chin reached Taipei, he met Xia Ling Ling a girl with very sad life experiences in her past. She sufferred from serious depression and kept blaming herself for her parents' deaths. Thus, Chin took pity on her and gave her a lot of moral support.
After a few months, for some reason Chin did not go back to visit Brigitte as promised, so Brigitte decided to leave for Taipei to look for him. On that one fateful rainy night, she saw Chin and Ling Ling holding each other very closely. Brigitte misunderstood their relationship and ran away in the rain. Chin chased out to explain to her, but she was already nowhere to be seen.
Soon afterward, Chin hastily returned back to the village, only to find out that it was the wedding day of Brigitte and Liang (*sigh* she actially did not love Liang - she only married him because of her misunderstanding with Chin). Hoping to still being able to impede with the wedding, he rushed to go see Brigitte but was stopped by her mother, who begged him to not spoild her daughter’s happiness. Followed was a heartbroken scene where Chin cried out loud in the forest, desperately calling for Brigitte’s name. ~.~
A few years later, Chin came back to visit Brigitte and Liang (he and Ling Ling were together by now). As Liang had to go out to do some material shopping, Chin and Brigitte were left alone in the house. How sad was that part... with them silently wishing to rekindle their old love, but also silently knew that it could never happen.
