     item # cd1  Audio CD  2 tracks:

Track 1: Letting Go (10:35): So often we go through the day dealing with problems and people but, never really understanding the feelings that those encounters elicit.  This exercise is designed to assist you in the exploration of hidden feelings.  If done properly, you will learn how to get in touch with your feelings, pinpoint the origin of the stress, and help you alleviate the negativity surrounding the discomfort.

Track 2: Breathing for Optimal Health (7:30):  Is a process of deep, slow, equal breathing that opens the lower air passages of the lungs.  Deep breathing provides an avenue for increased oxygen, a vital cellular nutrient, and release of carbon dioxide, anatural byproduct of respiration.  This exercise is designed to assist you in the correct way to cleanse the body through proper breathing techniques.

Track 1:  Emotional Healing (11:16):  Anger is a barrier to expressing true feelings.  It surfaces when it is too painful to express or when one is out of touch with their true feelings.  Anger is a safety-net for many because the layers of pain run too deep.  The mind protects us from those experiences and uses anger as a way to smoke screen others.  This exercise is designed to assist you in the exploration of your emotional potential:  to differentiate between feelings, learning to let go of anger, and replacing angry barriers with the true emotions hiding beneath.

Track 2:  Journaling (11:09):   Journaling is a process that involves the writing down of one’s feelings.  One’s thoughts tend to be from the heart and honest, when those thoughts are free to flow through writing.  Journaling provides an avenue for self-expression and analysis.  Through the art of writing one can revisit thoughts and feelings at a later date, when perhaps being open to those writings will be made easier.  This exercise is designed to prepare and develop a journal through:   defining the journaling process and purpose; as well as,  providing and analyzing a specific journaling format.

Nutritional Lifestyle Change (34:20):  Are you tired of losing weight just to put it back on (plus some) a year later?  Do you want to discover the right way to lose weight and keep it off?  Nutritional Lifestyle Charge is about predicting your food eating behavior so that you can deal with your emotional eating habits.  Learn the signs of negative food eating, discover your emotional eating habits, and journey into finding the root cause of your food disease in order to finally cure it.   For many, eating is about self-comfort and dealing with emotional upset.  A vicious cycle of self-hate and food abuse usually ensues.   Your journey into assessing, changing, and accepting a nutritional lifestyle change program begins with:   an exploration of your feelings towards food, barriers to change, and developing, with the use of the tools given, a nutritional lifestyle change program.
