Awards:  Commercial ribbons 1-5 champ and reserve rosettes, TBA to be awarded to Champs and Overall Champs.  Reserve awards TBA.  Be Aware pictures will be taken of Champions, Reserve Champion, Overall Champion and Res Overall Champion.  DO NOT remove horses before all horses are tagged, documented, and if their picture is to be taken.

Door Prizes/Raffle:  There will be many items.  Donations are greatly appreciated.  If you would like to donate please contact hostess.  J

Tags:  Horse’s name, gender and breed on one side, owner’s 3 initials on the other side.  Please present a typed list of your horses’ names on the show day.

Stay clear of the judges while they are working.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds are at the discretion of the show holder. No refunds if cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the show date.

Liability: Horse ’N Around Live and Hudson House Inn are NOT responsible for any loss, theft, damage or personal injury.  Please do NOT pick up other people horses!  Be kind and ask!

Hall Rules:  No smoking, no pets. Stay clear of the judging rings while class is being judged. Judge’s decision is Final. Due to space and liability issues no non-showing children under the age of 10 are allowed in the show hall. No outside food or drink allowed.

Lunch:  There are many fast food restraunts in the area, with Pizza Hut right across the parking lot.

     Showing Pointers:

A horse can only show in one breed class.  You are not allowed to show a horse in one class, change the breed and show it in another class.  If you are caught doing this , the horse will be removed from the class.

No additional headgear/halters allowed in any halter classes.  (unless it is molded onto the piece permanently.)

Breyer models that have been modified in anyway, as in painting, etching, resculpted, glossed go into the custom division.

If showing a horse using a rare breed please bring documentation about the breed.  Or a unusual color/markings for the chosen breed, please bring documentation.
