FIRST OF ALL, The name BRED WINNERS come from my name R. Edwin. I chose this name because, so much of my family, and myself has been put into getting our kennel to this point; NOT BECAUSE IT SOUNDED COOL, LIKE OTHERS, NOW IN THE BUSINESS. These animals also have a desire to win their masters praise no matter what is asked of them. I wanted to move my hobby to another level by bring the positive side of the APBT/AST to light; Not the media MONSTER we so often see portrayed on the evening news, in the newspaper, or perhaps in your neighborhood.
In defense of the media, it is up to us, the humans to instill in these animals the humane characteristics and qualities we want them to exhibit or WE ourselves become the Beast we see villified and banned now from many cities because of careless, unworthy owners.
