Artist of the Week - Matt Lynn

Hello Everyone, hope you're all well and enjoying the last bits of summer as school starts again.

I'd like to introduce you to a friend of ours, Matt Lynn. He's recently been working on compiling an EP of some of his original songs and it is now available for a free download on Myspace. World Wide Moment

Our friend Brett Brownell has masterminded a way for the world to unite, if only for one moment of one day. The idea is that everyone takes a picture on the same day at the same time. Take a picture of anything and everything in your life at that moment whether it's extraordinary or seemingly mundane. The point is to see that we are all connected to one another. Check out our friend David D'Alessio as he kicks off his tour this Friday, April 11, 2008 at Club Congress in the heart of Downtown Tucson. He'll be singing with Kelley Dolan, who accompanied him on his latest album, Songs To Undress Your Ego.

We are putting together a show with some friends of ours, David D'Alessio (http://www.daviddalessio.com) and Autumn (http://www.myspace.com/thisautumn). This show will be held on March 29th at Old Town Artisans. Come down and say hello while enjoying some great music. We'll post more information on this even as it becomes available. Breakthru Promotions is a music promotions service based out of Tucson, Arizona created by Talli Buchanan and Monique Meza to help musical talent spread awareness about their endeavors through street and online promotion. Talli and Monique have been actively promoting for two years with Aware Records/ A Squared Management as Aware Reps, which has allowed them to promote artists including John Mayer, Mae, Five for Fighting, Brandi Carlile, The Fray and Mat Kearney. Both have also individually gained promotional experience with Mute Math for their past two US tours.
