- Single action Cartridge, Percussion, or Black Powder revolvers with fixed or adjustable sights
- Manufactured prior to 1899 or reproductions thereof
- 0.32 or larger Pistol caliber
Rifles:
- Lever or Slide Action, tubular fed, exposed hammer rifle or carbine manufactured prior to 1899, or reproduction thereof
- Center fire .25 or larger, pistol caliber
- Open iron sights or original style tang mounted peep sight
- Barrel length minimum is 16 inches
Shotgun:
- Side by Side without automatic ejectors. Pump or Lever Action Shotguns with exposed hammer
- 20, 16, 12, 10 Gauge, Short brass only, No magnum loads
- Barrel length minimum is 18 inches
Ammunition needed:
PISTOL:
- APPROXIMATELY 50 ROUNDS FOR PISTOLS:
- 1000 FPS Maximum, No jacketed bullets - lead only
RIFLE:
- APPROXIMATELY 50 ROUNDS FOR RIFLE 1400 FPS Maximum, No jacketed bullets lead only
SHOTGUN:
- About 25 ROUNDS FOR SHOTGUN .
- Must be # 6 shot or smaller, No High Brass or Magnum loads allowed
