Chuck Webb (alias: "Rail Boss") is one of the founding members and the Construction Boss of the Brazos Rangers.
Chuck is a "Jack of all trades". Not only does he work on the building and upkeep of our range, he helps out with work at Greenwood Gun Club on Mondays as well.
