The Secret Of Manifesting
Like many, my life used to be one of drama filled chaos. After several years of disciplined spiritual practice, my inner peace is clearly reflected in my outer life.
Some call it luck…I doubt that’s the case. I have merely been able, over the years, to elevate my resonance to transcend tribulation. Anyone can do it! Once I learned the energy game behind manifestation, my life has become miraculous, and so could everyone’s. The dilemma arises when people see my calm, witness the amazing solutions that miraculously appear whenever I encounter an obstacle, then beg me for the “universe’s big secret.”
For many seekers, this is where the disappointment begins. Many expect a magic prayer, a special touch, or for me to blame all their drama on one person in their life. It’s like I’m expected to say, “fire him, quit this, say this 2 times a day, wear this special necklace, and all will be well. Get rid of so and so and your life will be easy! Join this church or read this book and you will be healed!” That is NOT how it usually works!
I will say it again; drama is a frequency one resonates at. If you resonate at a dramatic frequency, drama will manifest in your life and relationships. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, in order to change your life, you must first change your resonance!!!
To attack your belief system is putting the cart before the horse. By working on your perception alone, through books or gurus, opens the door to a big ego battle. Your head and heart (where your resonance partially radiates from) end up in conflicting frequencies and often more drama results. Then I hear “As soon as I started praying, my life went to hell.”
If however, you begin your transcendence with your resonance first, you may find that your perceptions, beliefs and life automatically change with little to no effort at all. It’s at that point that the right guru or book will come along, to take you to the next step in your own personal evolution.
As your resonance improves, often your day-to-day life stays the same at first, but rest assured, your experience of it will be radically different. It’s only after your perception regarding a certain situation changes that the actual incidents themselves resolve. Transcendence is a process, not an event. It won’t be one big epiphany, or one big miracle that changes your life. Transcendence is a step-by-step recovery process.
So often, we gobble up every book about certain issues we face, and then feel that if we change our vocabulary accordingly, by divine right, our lives should change. This misconception has been ingrained in us by a consumer consciousness we have deluded ourselves into. If I pay a lot of money to a plastic surgeon, I don’t have to diet. Instant gratification—that is what we’re used to. We are so used to paying for immediate gratification, we assume God works in the same manner. God is not a commodity. Enlightenment is not a rub and tug massage parlour where $60 will get you smiling.
Do you want to get better? Then work on your stuff! Stop just reading or talking about it, work on it!!! Pray on it!!! Go within!!! Time in silence and solitude everyday in simple meditations will change EVERYTHING!
You’re life will change!!!
When I tell my clients this, they often look as though I’ve asked them to pluck their own eye out. To them I say, “ Is 2 hours in your own company so torturous to bear? What does it say about your resonance that you can’t even stand yourself?”
In yoga I learned that the poses you hate the most, are the ones you need. Some of my favourite and most beneficial stretches are the ones I once deplored. If the idea of silence makes your ego cringe, then you must do it! Meditating, and many other simple practices will instantly help you transcend the present moment to a better and often easier vibration to live in.
If you are distressed, or dis-eased, then you have strayed from your highest path, and your soul, through your body, is screaming for your attention. Now is the time to go within.
Sometimes, I hit an obstacle that seems so insurmountable; there is no immediate answer. Before panic even has a chance to grip me, I instantly start to pray and then find the nearest tree or patch of nature. I pray for gentle wisdom, stillness and peace.
After a while, I imagine the dilemma in a rose quartz crystal I can see through. I ask to be shown the opportunity hidden beneath the troubled exterior. I allow for five positive miracles that could occur as a result of the situation in my mind. I imagine them like a running movie in my head, always through a pink haze. (Anything you surround in pink will manifest in your best possible interest.) Usually, one of the scenarios will resonate with me more than the others, and I allow that image to repeat itself over and over, and I fully experience every emotion that would wash over me if the solution emerged the way I envisioned it. It has always worked. I sometimes receive over the top miraculous solutions within hours, without me even having to get up off my behind!
Go within! Go within! Go within!
There is a reason every Master throughout history has told you the same thing.
GO WITHIN!!!
The secret:
There will eventually come a point, where you fall so deep within yourself that you feel as though you fell out of yourself. A feeling of spreading out in the universe occurs, and next thing you know, you feel as though you permeate the entire expansiveness of the world. You become as vast as the universe.
There is so much creative cosmic energy in the gaps between atoms—just trust me on this—when you get ‘there’ you’ll know exactly what I’m referring to. In that nothing, anything can be created! Like an empty canvas you get to cover any way you want, in any colour.
The trick is to collect and become one with as much of that ‘nothing’ as possible. Soulfully, you breath it in, let it percolate in you, then direct it towards your solution, then breathe it out into existence. Your breath is physical matter and it transmutes cosmic creative energy into physical manifested matter. Breathe it into your life—literally.
There you have it: a cheat sheet for the mystery of manifesting! Now you have no excuse—GO WITHIN to change without. Also, what you ask for yourself, ask for the world. Like Robert Plant sings “Shine it all around!”
