How do I save my blinkie or glitter name?

To save an image you must right-click with your mouse and choose "Save As". You will may need to search for the directory you want to save in, but if you use Windows, the default is usually "My Pictures".

How do I use my blinkie or glitter name for message boards, can I just copy and paste the blinkies or glitter tag I want to use?

Please do not "just copy and paste". You MUST save the images to your own hard drive and then upload to your own hosting site. If you were to just copy and paste that is what is called direct linking or bandwidth theft. It eats my bandwidth up and is has the potential to make my site shut down. Make sure that you save the images you would like to use to your computer first and them upload to a photohosting site such as Photobucket, or Tinypic.

Why isn't the blinkie or glitter tag moving?

If your image isn't moving you may have to delete your temporary internet files and cookies. To do this (assuming you are using Internet Explorer) make sure that your internet window is open. Click "Tools">"Internet Options" You will see a button in the middle that says "Delete Files" click on that. If your animations still won't move, go back to "Tools">"Internet Options" this time click on "Delete Cookies".

Can you tell me how to make blinkies or glitter tags ?

I am sorry, I don't do tutorials. There are many great sites out there that do have tutorials.

What is Bandwidth Theft or Direct Linking?

Bandwidth Theft, also known as direct linking and hot linking, is when you copy an image from where you found it and paste it to another place, like a blog, a signature or even your own webpage. When you do this, it causes my alloted bandwidth to be consumed. In turn my page will be shut down until my bandwidth is renewed at the beginning of the month. To prevent this you need to right click the image and save it to your own hard drive, and then upload it to your own hosting site.

Where can I host my images?

I use Photobucket (which is free) for my photos. A few others that are available are TinyPic, VilliagePhotos, and PictureTrail. There are many more out there, just make sure that the place that you choose to use supports .gif files to ensure that your animated images retain their animation.

Some of your pages are missing. What happened?

My family has recently moved out of the U.S. for my husbands job. I have removed the Photo Touch-Up, Greetings, and Photo Enhancement pages because those were 'pay' services. I am not sure of the laws here regarding that sort of thing so I'd rather be safe and just remove them until we return to the states in 2011. I have decided to leave the 'Signatures' section and take requests on a trial basis. To view the rules for making a signature request, please click the following link. These rules are sligthly different than the glitter tag and blinkie requests. PLEASE be sure to review the rules before making a Signature request. Signature Request Rules.
