Richie Graham - Took over at the start of last season and made an immediate impact on the team, bringing in some good players he led us to promotion. Very vocal manager who always gives a great teamtalk to rally the side before the game AND at half-time.

Goalkeepers

Ian Myers      - Filled in, in absence of Deano and has plugged a gap, good shot-stopper, and will feel his best is yet to come.

Dean Storey    - Top Goalie with Middlesbrough experience, currently suffering from a knee injury and unfortunately his return to the team is not certain.

Anthony Burnip - Local lad with Sunderland experience, although maybe won't figure in goal this year as he can play at right back also. Only 16, should be with BSC for years to come.

Defenders

Gary Brown     - Utility man if ever there was one, can play well anywhere. Just needs to shut his mouth and stop requesting treatment (atleast twice a game!). On a serious note he has Darlington Football Club on his CV and currently plays centre half.

Jason Manners  - Centre back, came in this season and has cemented his place in the side. Makes a formidable back pairing with Andy Robson.

Andy Robson    - Centre back, also added to the squad in the summer, looks and plays like Carlos Puyol. Tough in the tackle and commanding. Real centre-half!

Jamie Bowes    - Left back, Jamie returns to the club this year after missing out last term through injury, he's a good tackler, confident on the ball and very quick. The boys are excited to have him back in the squad! 

Darren Stoker  - Missed most of 2005 through injury, will fit in anywhere across the back and will always give 100%.

Lee Nyland     - Right back. The Cafu of Brandon, good at the back and great going forward also.

Midfielders

Scott Hopson   - Right/Left Midfield. Pacey winger who can provide good crosses for the front-men, can also fill in up-top if required.

Andy King      - Centre Midfield. Very strong and good on the ball, very rarely fails to perform.

Jamie Robinson - Defence/Midfield Left. Strong lad who is a handy replacement if we are short.

David Hind     - Right Midfield. Winger who contributes enough without ever setting the world alight.

Andrew Hird    - Left Midfielder. Skillful and fast winger who is extremely creative, can also play up-front.

Ryan Emsley    - Centre Midfield, Out-and-out midfielder who has pace and skill to go forward but can also play at the back.

Lee Johnson    - Centre Midfield. Loud and commanding player. Not afraid to tackle, at 6'4" he is a 'big' asset to BSC.

Jamie Brett    - Can play anywhere across the midfield and always attempts to give his all. Also has a loud mouth which at times does more harm than good!

Chris Lawson   - Right Midfield. Was signed in December and has made an immediate impact on proceedings, has yet to have a bad game and causes havoc down the right flank. Chris is a tremendous prospect for BSC.

Scott Bryden   - Can play anywhere across the midfield, signed in the summer from Premiership side Brandon Bay Horse, his experience in Division One should prove as valuable as his football ability!

Attackers

Michael Fort   - Speedy and Skillful with a cracking left foot, also great in the air. Can beat players and also is a fantastic battler with a mean tackle. One half of a great strike partership.

Andrew Johnson - Has all the makings of a perfect striker, has speed, skill and can use both feet to effect. Dangerous with set-peices and links up well with Forty.

Kevin Harker   - Has recently signed from Sherburn Lambton Arms, can play pretty much anyhwere but made a great impact in his debut with two goals. Should be a good addition.
