Simple twist

 

 

 

 

Sit tall with legs out straight in front .

Draw the left leg in placing the foot either to the inside or outside of the right thigh .

Take your right arm around the left thigh , lift the chest up and lengthen the spine .

Place the left hand to the floor behind your spine.

Inhale and grow taller , exhale and twist the torso to the left whilst relaxing the shoulders down and lifting the crown of the head upwards .

Hold for 10 breaths. Release slowly and repeat on the other side .

 

Brings flexibility to the whole spine , releases toxins from the  muscles.
