Physical Yoga Classes

About the class.

The classes are 'Physical Fitness' based Yoga classes putting emphasis on safe postures and correct alignment, for improving strength , flexibility, balance and physical wellbeing .

Adele is first and foremost a Fitness Instructor and does not teach the spiritual side of yoga , chanting , meditation,  philosophy or use any 'Sanskrit ' terms for the postures.

Classes begin seated with deep breathing to re-oxegenate the body , clear the mind and focus ourselves on the physical body.

We do mobilising exercises to warm the muscles ,  increasing circulation , we then go through postures chosen to build our strength , flexibility , balance and raise our heart rates , before finishing with gentle reclined postures to release stress and help us to relax.

At the end of the class you should feel like you have done a moderate workout finished with deep relaxation.
