Resident Evil 3 "Nemesis" is about a super zombie, basically a huge monster with a horrible, bad ass attitude who stalks and kills S.T.A.R.S. members. And you play as, Jill valentine, who, coincidentally, is/was a S.T.A.R.S. member. You are trying to escape the doomed and pre-determined screwed fate of the location that is, Racoon City.
