Just a little FYI for the weekend:

Friday November 13 - Barrel Race Winter Series #7 - Exhibitions at 6 open not before 8.

Saturday November 14 - Arena closed to outside riding from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for KS/NE Christian fellowship equine group. They welcome anyone to come ride with them and enjoy the Fellowship and listen to the Worship. To ride and participate with the group is a $10 - $15 donation to help with their costs.

Sunday November 15 - Arena Closed to outside riding for CPRA timed event rodeo. If you do come to the arena that day please note that there is a $5 gate charge to get in.

Mattox Arena is a 45 acre self-contained family destination center located in Derby, KS. The main focus of entertainment will revolve around the area of Rodeo and its events.

At our location we have a well lit 300' X 145' outdoor arena and an 240' X 110' fully equipped indoor arena, trails on the river, exercise track, round pen and small outdoor riding pen. We are located at 4418 E. 83rd St. South.....just west of Derby,KS and just east of KS turnpike (Haysville, KS exit).

Horse boarding available!

Monthly and daily riding available or rent arena for the day for your association or club.
