Sociology Notes

The notes were made using textbooks, websites and of course my sociology teachers, i have recommended all the resources i used at the bottom of this page.
Notes are in .doc or .ppt format so you will require Microsoft Word or Microsoft Powerpoint to open the files

How to download the notes

  1. Right-click on the document you want
  2. On the menu select Save Target As - to makes things easy just save it to the "My Documents" folder on your computer
  3. The document will then begin to download from the website to your computer and once complete you can open up the document

Unit 1
1¼ hours exam 
35%
of the total AS marks
17½% of the total A Level marks

 

Unit 2
1¼ hours exam
35% of the total AS marks
17½% of the total A Level marks

 

Unit 3
Written exam

1 hour 
                        - 30% of the total AS marks
                        - 15% of the total A Level marks
OR

Coursework - Centre Assessed
                        - 30% of the total AS marks 
                        - 15% of the total A Level marks

A2-Level

Unit 4
1½ hours exam
15% of the total A Level marks

 

Unit 5
Written  - 
1½ hours 
                - 15% of the total A Level marks

OR

Coursework - Centre Assessed
                         - 15% of the total A Level marks


Unit 6
1½ hours exam
