The events and incidents have been documented and recorded for several years including old cell phone records, federal court filings, videos, and other solid evidence with direct links to the responsible parties to these criminal civil rights violations.

It has also been documented with repeated threats that the incidents and attacks would not stop until someone was hurt or killed. There have been numerous attempts to resolve this matter respectively and attempts to resolve this matter through the legal process only to be met with continued obstruction of justice.

On February 16, 2007 Jeff Williamson/DJ Blaze Filed a Civil Rights Complaint, 42 USC 1983 Lawsuit and printout of the Renegade Movement Blog in United States District Court, Northern District of California to document some of the crimes, incidents and events on public record and to seek damages for injuries and violations of state and federal laws. The Complaint-Lawsuit has some minor errors that will be corrected after a Court ORDER is ISSUED-the case still has merit. An Amendended Polished Complaint will be filed adding additional factual allegations to make the lawsuit even more concrete against the Defendants with all the errors corrected.

This case was randomly assigned to United States Magistrate Judge, Honorable Joseeph C Spero to make decisions in this landmark lawsuit.
