We will miss our friend and strong arm of Wired Kennels. Kodiak, our companion and loyal pet.
Kodiak's contributions to the modern world of Olde Boston Bulldogges is unprecedented. He earned the first Champion Title and Grand Champion Title in Olde Boston Bulldogge history. He was also noted as the first Grand Champion titled bulldogge in the history of the IOEBA, a registry for rare bulldogge breeds.
Kodiak loved belly rubs, sleeping on the couch and hiking with us through canyons, rivers, and mountains.
Kodiak's influence runs strong throughout many Olde Boston homes, breeding programs, and kennels around world.
Thanks for all the great memories my old friend!

The Legend, The Memory ... On Monday, February 8, 2010 we lost a legend that was made, GR CH Wired's Kodiak of RBB. Kodiak was known as one of the greatest competitors in the IOEBA and UCA show rings. He brought home not only titles for us here at Wired, but set new bars of achievement for the entire Olde Boston Bulldogge breed. Kodiak outside the ring was a loyal, active, hard playing boy. He loved hiking with the family as we traveled through the country. Today Kodiak is represented through out the world with off spring in more than 5 countries, representing 3 continents. Kodiak has help build the foundations for many kennels through out the US and many in Canada. We will miss this amazing dog and look forward to watching his legacy grow!
A Fresh Start ... We are making some drastic changes this spring. Be sure to watch for some amazing announcements!
Milestone ... 2010 will also be a significant milestone for Becky and I. This coming year we will be celebrating 10 years of breeding! Over these years we have bred American Pitbull Terriers, Beagles, had small Pointer and Lab programs, and many other bully breeds but the one that stole our heart has been the Olde Boston Bulldogge! There have been countless influences and mentors in our short time breeding some of those include my mom and dad, Nan (whose need for Seeing Eye dog sparked my interest in breeding as a boy), and our great friends the Perrien family. Of course there are others that we have not mentioned but their contributions continue to influence us today. Last but not least, Thanks! to all those families who have accepted our pups into their families as their next best friend.
Shows and Stuff... We have been off the "show circuit" for the last several months because we have been busy serving as judges. In 2010 we have limited our schedule for judging so that we can spend more time in the ring. This year we plan on introducing Wired's Suzy B. (CH D'Jango, CH Willy, and CH Pannela Rose's sister) to the ring. We also are looking forward to bring in Wired's Dottie, Wired's Kodiak Squared (Duece) and Wired's Omega this year as well.

... Really though she is very smart, even plays fetch already my wife, and the kids love her. I'm so glad I did my research and found Wired Kennels. We have to keep in touch, and I'll send some pics to ya soon!

Wired Kennels is a medium sized kennel located just outside of Liberty Hill, TX. We are proud to offer some of the finest bred Olde Boston Bulldogges and Olde English Bulldogges found anywhere.
At Wired Kennels we have been breeding dogs for 20 years collectively, specializing in molosser breeds. Originally we started our breeding journey with a pair of beagles, Buster and Lady. Busters time came to soon and Lady passed on in late 2009. Shortly after Buster passed away we purchased our first American Pit Bull Terrier, Sampson. From there on the bulldog fever had us. Over the course of the last seven years with bully breeds, Wired Kennels has owned, co-owned or worked with English bulldogs, Valley bulldogges, Pit Bulls, Olde English bulldogges and our specialty, Olde Boston bulldogges.
Wired Kennels is proud to be a defining producer of Olde Boston Bulldogges. Starting from the best stock we could find, Wired has become the most sought after breeder for OBBs in the world. Wired is the first to send IOEBA registered OBBs around the globe, placing dogs in loving homes in the U.S.A., Canada, South America and Europe. Many OBB kennels around the United States and in Canada use Wired OBBs as a cornerstone for their breeding programs. We are honored to have such an important impact in the future of the Olde Boston Bulldogge.
Wired Kennels is the first registered kennel in the United States that specializes in the breeding of Olde Boston Bulldogges. We are the first kennel to have a Champion and Grand Champion titled Olde Boston Bulldogge, GR. CH. Wired's Kodiak of RBB. We are the first to have won a Champion class in IOEBA history. Our kennel and dogs are held accountable by and registered with the International Olde English Bulldogge Association, and the Untied Canine Association. Wired is also a co-founding Kennel and supporter of the Hill Country Bulldogge Club. James serves as President and Becky as Secretary for the HCBC.
