Ok, so a lot of people have always come up and asked me, "well, what system arer you runnin'?" It's time to clear the confusion and set things straight. Here re some of the answers to your burning questions:
Q. What editing software do you use?
A. Sony Vegas 7. It's rather pricey, but if you're dedicated (and have a lot of time to learn), it's the best that you could get your hands on!
Q. How do you get the hand shaking effect on the camera?
A. Its made in the Sony Vegas frames effect. There is also a pre-set, but if you want to be able to time it, you've gotta do that yourself.
Q. What setting do you play and record?
A.
I play at 1280X1024, 16XAF, 8XAA and most of the sliders Full, locked
at around 30 Frames. But since FRAPS has a bug when recording at those
resolutions I have to record at 1024x768. Sometimes, when I"m filming some heavy action sequence or something like that, I might record at around 100 FPS!
Q. What kind of system are you running?
A. Pretty simple and straight forward. Intel Pentium M4, 2.66 Ghz, around 1GB RAM. I've got the Radeon X1600 from ATI, and a nice 19" HD flatscreen monitor!
Some of you ask me where do I get my add-ons. Either payware or freeware (to hell with shareware), the sites I recommend are:
FREEWARE
Surclaro and AVSIM. They've been veterans, and they've got several terabytes (yes, you heard right) of downloads. There's an endless supply between them!
PAYWARE
PMDG , Flight1 and Aerosoft all my add ons of my videos comes mostly from this great websites with top quallity downloads. They can be very expensive though, and costs add up pretty quickly.
