All sculptures & item's come with a certificate of authenticity, signed and dated plus seal in plastic cover. All my sculpture & item's are all one of a kind and I do not use molds ever.
Damaged Items
I pray that my little items won't break in their journey to your home, but if they do you have a couple of options. First, all items are insured, so if you'd like to receive your money back, you may do so with the post office. (unless it's because of my packaging) in which case, I will refund your money. OR if the damage is something that I can repair, or replace I will be glad to do so. Notify me Via email and I will reimburse you for shipping back to me.
Please try to notify me Via email sent sculpture's & item's back the same day if the items are broken went received All my dolls are Carefully inspect for any flaws, wear, or damage. Unless the item’s value would decrease with cleaning, remove any dust, stains, or dirt.
But if the doll is broken went receive please email me first i will repairs it for free and I pay for shipment back to you.
LAY-AWAY PLAN: I accept lay-away for sculptures & items order that reach over $200.00. Email me for details. And Also if any one want to buy more the one email me for info

Shipping and Handling
I use USPS Priority Mail
within the US.
Shipping for small items is $7.50.
$4.05 for shipping
$2.35 for insurance
$1.10 for shipping supplies and handling.
I make all my boxes custom for the items sent.

I am no longer shipping to Germany because of non-transparency issues
Insurance is not available
Shipping for large items
Within the United States - $15.00 (priority mail) includes insurance.
I will no longer ship international without insurance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping is a flat $30.00, includes insurance.
CANADA shipping & handling is approx. $24.00, includes insurance.
