Trip to Puerto Rico (December 2005 - January 2006)

I was trying to show what "fried codfish" (bacalaíto frito) looks like.  It was at Isla Verde (Piñones Area), on my trip to Puerto Rico on January, 2006 .  This is a delicious Puerto Rican fast food, mixed with codfish, white flour, "sofrito" and other seasonings.
