Here at Borderland PIT Kennel, we are present for the birth of everyone of our newborn puppies in case any extra assistance is required for a safe delivery. As stated on our home page, we do accept deposits to hold your pick. However the deposit is non-refundable unless your pup were to pass in our care. If such a tragedy should come about, we will provide a full refund or the buyer may transfer their deposit to another litter or breeding of their choice. In regards to deposits, the balance of  the cost must be paid in full by the age of  6 WEEKS or the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in addition to LOSING YOUR PUP, unless an alternative deal is made between the BUYER and SELLER. Feel free to contact us for more information.  

Here at Borderland Pit Kennel we have 3/4 of an acre for our dogs and puppies to run and play. We let all of the dogs run everyday for exercise. We believe in all dogs having regular interaction (before and during adulthood) for proper socialization. We will be adding our yard and facilities page in the future.
