Stephen Clare is a freelance writer and musician in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Currently he is the Atlantic Correspondent for the Globe and Mail, and is the Senior Writer for several local and regional publications across the Maritimes, including The Nova Scotia Business Journal, The eNBusines Journal, The Cape Breton Business Journal, The Central Nova Business Journal, Halifax Magazine, OptiMYze Magazine, Boom Magazine and Atlantic Books Today. Stephen is also a regular contibutor to Quill & Quire, Business Voice Magazine Lifestyles Maritimes, East Coast Living, the New Brunswick Telegraph Journal and many other local, regional, national and international publications.
Trevor J. Adams is managing editor with Metro Guide Publishing. In his day-to-day duties, Trevor oversees the editorial content of the MGP's various publications, most recently taking the lead on Halifax Magazine. A Nova Scotia native, Trevor comes from Digby originally, going on to study at the University of King's College in Halifax. After graduating in 1998 with a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours), he worked for three years with Atlantic Progress (now known as Progress) before joining Metro Guide. He's a two-time Atlantic Journalism Award finalist. Trevor is also active in the community, working with the Joseph Howe Initiative to co-author the biography Today's Joe Howe in 2004, and serving as a founding board member of the Fusion Halifax organization.
