Hi!  My name is Bonnie J. Lytle Smith author of Sunday's Best published with PublishAmerica.com. March 12, 2007.

I was born in Muskegon, Michigan. I moved to California with my parents in 1964, I was 16 years old.  After graduating from Simi Valley High School in 1966, I married and moved to the beautiful State of Washington.  I lived there for 5 1/2 years. Then moved back to California for 30 years. Now I am in my beautiful State of Washington and hope I never have to leave.

I began writing children's stories in 1971.  I took several creative writing classes in the local Colleges and finally a Correspondance Course with the Institute of Children's Literature. My first poem "My Chasity" was published with the International Library of Poetry in 2005.  My second poem is Dear Children of Mine published January 2008.  My first short story "Sunday's Best" was published with Publish America in March 2007.  I am currently working on combining Sunday's Best with Strong Bonds of Love this will be one book.

ANNOUCEMENT:   Presenting my new book for children age's K-4th grade."The Kitty who Lived on a Hill" is now on CD and also in book form.  My book will be on Amazon.com in a few weeks and you can email me at bonijay2003@yahoo.com to order your CD directly from me.
This is a true story of a kitty my children and I were given when we moved into a little house in Ojai, California. I hope you and your children will enjoy this little book as much as I did writing it just for them.  Happy Reading, Bonnie J. Lytle Smith
