Though I try to be as accommodating as possible with customers, Boncher Farm is a business and has to impart a set of business guidelines. Please be aware and understand the following parameters in the sales of my animal(s). Any questions please ask so there are no misunderstandings later.
TERMS OF SALE
Sales are on a first come first serve basis. Methods of payments are cash or U.S. Postal Money Order.
I require 50% NON REFUNDABLE down payment to put a 'hold- pending sale' on an animal(s). Unless other arrangements are made, animal(s) must be picked up at my farm within two weeks of receiving down payment. There will be a $2.00 per head per day charge after the first 14 days. Down payments must be postmarked/received within one week of intent to purchase, otherwise the animal(s) will be put back on the "For Sale" page.
Kid(s) will be current on all vaccinations used at Boncher Farm, and will be off their dams for at least two weeks before transportation off the farm premises to insure they are doing well during this stressful time without mother. Unless other arrangements are made, if the
kid(s) is not picked up within the 2 week post weaning period, the kid(s) will be placed on the "For Sale" page.
Sale price does not include shipping, your state required testing, or health certificates. All vet related costs/paperwork is the responsibility of the buyer to be paid in full prior to animal leaving the premises.
I highly recommend you secure transportation for your
animal(s) before purchase. You have a two week grace pickup period—then we have a 14 day limit on boarding sold animal(s) goats at the rate of $2.00 per head per day charge. After 14 days the animal(s) is place on the "For Sale" page and all monies forfeited. I will ship my animal(s), but the purchaser is responsible for choosing the transporter and making the arrangements. Payment in full is required before animal(s) will be transported. Boncher Farm does not accept responsibility for the animal(s) after removal from the premises or the arrival condition of any animal(s) shipped off the farm.
Full payment is required before any animal(s) leaves the farm.
Should anything happen to an animal(s) that a deposit is holding, the buyer will have first choice of others for sale at or near the original selling price. Deposit will applied towards new animal(s) and will not be refunded.
Failure to comply with these polices will be grounds to terminate the sales agreement and forfeiture of deposit. Any sold animal(s) remaining on farm after 14 days will be re-listed for sale.
Thank you for your understanding.
