Boncher Farm Boer Goats

BNFD Warren - Whitey is 4th generation born here at Boncher.  She traces back to the original doe that started the farm.  While traditionally colored Warren carried the color gene as his full sib brother was a red buck.  This doe is an extremely good mother who never lets her kids get to far away from her.  Her wethers are always the first to sell due to their fast growth rates.  For the 2009, bred to Prince TobyP3 kidded a solid read and paint doelings.

Full sister to my buck Hummer raised as triplets by their first time mother.  I love the length of body that she has along with her beautiful head blending the genetics of Eggsfile and Pipeline.  She is a special doe as she will raise other kids as her own for me.  She kidded triplet doelings by PaintRock in 2009.

Windkiss was purchased at the 7A+ sale in Oct. 2006.  She is certainly one of Cathie's finest works of art pedigree wise.  Windkiss parents are the product of nephews bred to their aunts.  This breeding concentrated two of Cathie's favorite animals, DSM Honey Girl and Ram H Tobias.  If you study the pedigree closely you will see this was not inbreeding but line breeding at it best.  Skydancing is genetically the same as Honey Girl with the exception of the mothers who were sisters.  Ram H Adena Brew is sister to Ram H Tobias genetic wise yet once again their mothers are sisters.  Windkiss genetic wise is 37.5% Tobias.  Was bred to Paintrock and kidded twin doelings in spring of 2008. For 2009 she was bred to Yellow Pine kidding boy/girl twins.

I do not normally name my animals but when she was born I knew she was special.  She was born as a singleton weighting in at 12.75 pounds.  Zoey's mother Rowdy Mtn's 231 is the Alpha female of the herd and Zoey got the best of everything.  Can we say thickness for this girl.  I am sure Zoey will carry these traits on to her offspring when paired with the right buck.  Zoey has another shot of the South African breeder Venter from our buck Toby.  For 2008 she kidded twin bucklings by Valentine.  Valzoe made the cut for now to be a Jr herdsire.  In 2009 she is bred to Bon Prince-Toby P3, tying another two shots of Pipeline.

Bon Hummer - Warren Ashley along with her sister are the first full blood daughters of Hummer's.  Rejected by her mother she was raised by BNFD Hummit.  Hummit's mothering certainly rubbed off onto Hummer-Warren Ashley as she was a great first time mother in 2008.  She is more refined than her sister.  While she carries the meat genes of her father her body is showing her mother's genetics.  For the 2009 breeding season she was bred to Yellow Pine producing twin bucklings.

Every farm has a buck and doe that when bred just produce the best kids.  At Boncher the magic was between PaintRock and M.T. Ailsa.  In 2006 this pair produced twin bucklings  Dakota and Lakota.  Lakota the first goat shown for Boncher won 0-3 months, 3rd and 4th place in classes with 12 and 15 bucklings.  In 2007 Ailsa produced twin girls.  Pr-Ailsa 1 has been show but like her brother did not care for the ring much.  In 2009 she was bred back to her father kidding triplets 2 bucklings and a doeling.

The only full blood from 7A+ Navarone, this doeling has also ventured out on the show curcit in 2008.  She simplely loved it.  This doe has the length Aussie genetics are known for.  Her first kidding in 2009 was bred to her half Uncle Paint Rock produced a very thick yet long doeling pictured below.  Hopefully one day I will get around to getting an adult picture of Navarone-Warren Ashley.  Below is her baby shot and underneath is her daughter.  Grandmother can be seen in the reference section.
