Our Talk-Back will consist of local BOLD professionals who are active in the childbirth field. We look forward to a positive discussion addressing the issues pertinent and important to Tennessee women regarding their health care during the childbearing years. We hope to touch on such topics as: local birth options, the safety of home birth, health rates, and mother-friendly health care.
Our panel will be comprised of a local home birth midwife, a hospital-based midwife, a pediatrician, and a doula. Please join us after Saturday night's play to discuss reactions to the play, what birth issues exist in our own community, and how we can create change.
