Rate : $250.00 per night
*5 Day Rate: $1070 ($214.00 per night)
*7 Day Rate: $1,400 ($200.00 per night)

*The rates quoted are subject to change during the peak periods as outlined above. The prices as shown are for 2 couples/persons per room for a total of 4 guests. There is an additonal $25.00 charge for each additonal person up to a maximum of 6 people, for which there will ab additional bed/beds provided.

Rates Include continental breakfast. (Continental breakfast includes coffee, juice,croissants (or bagels) w jam and fresh fruit in season)
We do also offer a full breakfast and dinner menu at an additional charge. Additional ammenities include:

To guarantee a reservation, we require a single night's rate via credit card . We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs before arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. For cancellations within 48 hours, guests are responsible for the full booking amount. There will be no refunds for shortened stays. Special events are not refundable, if you cancel for any reason. Please check your confirmation letter.
Check-in is after 3 p.m.; checkout is 12 noon . For special arrangements, please contact us. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets unless otherwize authorized, which would depend on the size and number of pet's. If we allow you to bring your pet, you will be responsible for any damages caused by your animal, including but not limited to carpet or furniture cleaning,
Families are welcome as we are able to accomodate 4 people sharing 2 bedrooms, and can supply beds for 2 additional guests for a total of 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one of which includes a king size bed, the second bedroom includes a double bed. Gay/Lesbian friendly. Bohemia Loft is a non-smoking environment.
'We aim to match the service provided by any downtown hotel concierge… after all, we don't just work in the Plateau area, we LIVE here, so we know the best Gyms, Day Spas, Massage Salons, Hairdresser Salons, Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services, Flower shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. etc etc...for your added service we also offer a conciege service and can book concert tickets, make reservations, attend to your daily errands as required (there are additional charges for these services) For those wishing to utilize our conciege services, please advise us in advance for those visiting Montreal for special events for which tickets, limosine services etc. may be required.
Should you have any additional questions or would like to make a reservation I would suggest that you do so at your earliest convenience as reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.
