Okay, all of us have been on a job where we see something where all we can do is shake our head in disbelief. Below you will find some of those examples.

I found this lovely example of fine masonry on a recent inspection. The side of the chimney used to be up against the exterior wall of the dwelling.

I went to a house last week for a Residential Inspection. I found many problems that we can help them with, but the electrical hazards and violations were the worst that I've seen in 34 years in construction and inspections.
