Shipping is available within Canada; weather permitting, and at buyers expence. We are also willing to drive or meet you half way within a reasonable distance. Or drop off locally within Timmins, South Porcupine, Porcupine, Shumacher.

All shipping charges are to be paid by purchaser, in advance to us, or guaranteed by credit card to airline. We require confirmation that shipping charges are guaranteed with airline. Chins will not be shipped before 12 weeks of age. We do not ship chins if it is too hot, chins die if they overheat.

Shipping charges via Air Canada range from $80 within Ontario to $126 as far as Brittish Columbia(regardless if it's 1 or 20 animals). No health certificate is required to ship within Canada. Currently Air Canada does offer insurance on live cargo at I beleive $1 per $100 of insurance.  Insurance is strongly recommended as Blue Moon Chinchillas does not take or accept any responsibility for the chin(s) after we have left him/her/them with Air Canada.

At this time regretfully we do not ship outside of Canada, but we may be able to re-direct you to a breeder closer to you.

 We will however board your baby(ies) for a small fee  (after they reach 12 weeks of  age) untill shipping is possible.

There is also a $22 charge for crate to ship your baby(ies) in, wich will be usefull if you ever need to transport your chin(s) somewhere like the vet. Because we are shiping within Canada there is no health certificate required prior to shipping. If you wish to have one, we will gladly bring your chin to the vet before flight, at your expence.  If you have any other questions go to contact us page.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a kit. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone if we are not satisfied the chin(s) will be properly cared for and loved.
