Our goal, as breeders, is to have healthy, happy and AKC standard cavaliers.
Our Queens
We breed our girls around their second to third heat cycle. Their first heat cycle should be around 6-9 months of age. They are not ready physically to raise puppies at this time. They are still puppies themselves and still need more time to develope. Also health testing is done and they are certified at 1 year of age; not before. If bred before 1 year they have not had the proper testing. We feel it is very important for our dogs to be as healthy and as strong as possible before we decide to have them bred. Having puppies is a lot of work for a little dog and should not be taken lightly.
