The portfolio will allow you to capture the activities and leadership involvement during college, stay organized, and create a display to show during job or leadership position interviews. You can use your portfolio for job interviews, scholarship processes, and keeping track of your leadership experiences. You will prepare and present your portfolio numerous times along your Blue Chip path: to your Team Leader in Phase I, to your Team Facilitator in Phase II, to your Assistant Theme Coordinator in Phase III, and at your Phase IV Capstone Presentation.
